8. Payment and Subscription

8.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXA REPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
